Concerned over the letter handed by you, area manager, Arron
Morley
My visa is my concern that’s nothing to do with the company.
Please try to understand the statement, which I have stated.
I told you that I could get a warning or my visa can get cancelled
but that will be in the worst condition but it depend on the circumstances. So,
in this current situation by the grace of God I am completely safe because I
didn’t break the law in any point because the problem is from your part not
mine. In the present circumstances the failure is from your management not
mine. So, the company shouldn’t worry about my visa because that is not the
concern of the company because according to the law I am responsible for my
visa not the company. If the company is forcing me to break the law and putting
my visa and me in danger so this is your concern not mine.
If the UKBA will take any action against me I will deal with
them according to the law of this land. I will definitely inform them that I
didn’t breach the law deliberately; the company has forced me to do it.
I have understood the steps stated in the letter to tackle
the issues but I like to add few more things to it.
1.
I am allowed to work no more than 10 hours. I fully
understand this point so; I would kindly like to request you and your
management to grant me full 10 hours of work excluding breaks. So, I can get a
pay of 10 hours.
2.
The clock-out issue, for this I hope there will
be a mechanism in place from you and from your management so my till can be
cashed up correctly and on time so I can clock-out on my time limit.
3.
As I stated in my earlier statements that I am
aware of when I can work more than permitted hours and I am also aware of the
procedure and when I can ask for more hours.
